Discover the Pécharmant wines of Château Terre Vieille with a relaxed and authentic tasting experience in the heart of the Dordogne.
On arrival, you’ll immediately be struck by the stunning setting of the vineyard, surrounded by rolling hills and lush vines typical of the Bergerac region. After taking in the view, you’ll ring the bell at the entrance, and a member of the team will come to you warmly.
A member of the Morand Monteil family, or someone from their team, will then open the doors to the tasting room and introduce you to the estate, its history, and its work. You’ll also get a clear and engaging overview of the wines of Bergerac and Pécharmant, helping you understand the richness and diversity of the region.
The tasting follows a natural progression: you’ll begin with dry white and rosé wines, fresh and aromatic, before moving on to red wines from Bergerac and Pécharmant, known for their depth and character. Finally, you’ll end with sweet and dessert wines, offering a smooth and elegant finish.
Throughout the experience, you’ll gain a broad and accessible understanding of the wines of the Bergerac vineyard as a whole.
At the end of the tasting, you’ll have the opportunity to purchase your favorite wines—by the bottle, or in cases of 6 or 12. The experience is flexible and ends whenever you feel you’ve tasted enough.
As an optional extension, you can relax in the park with a glass of wine, or during July and August, enjoy a plate of tapas in a peaceful, natural setting.
