On the program: Wide open spaces, an introduction to quicksand, crossing waterways, information on the tides, fauna & flora, history & legends... A mid-route break at the foot of the Mont.

Departure from a small Norman fishing village, arrival at Le Mont. Break, then drop-off at the starting point. The break does not allow for a visit to Le Mont: it deserves half a day ;-)

Gear:
The crossing is done barefoot and in shorts or a bathing suit in the "summer season". Bring:
- a hiking-style backpack for water + sun protection (hat, cream, glasses)
- windbreaker + warm sweater
- snacks and/or picnic
- Light footwear (Crocs, sandals, old sneakers)
- a camera (in a plastic bag), binoculars
- collar + leash for dogs
- a water bottle and a towel for washing your feet
