Then, engage in journaling and guided reflection to gain clarity and insight into your thoughts and emotions, set to an immersive sound track of integrated music and working with nature and the sounds of the waves, designed to deepen your emotional experience.

Reconnect with nature by the sea, allowing the calming environment to help restore your clarity and balance as you engage in cleansing Mediterranean Sea rituals.

Engage in gentle inner work focused on emotional reset and reconnection, working with nature to calm your mind and restore clarity. Leave the experience feeling lighter, more grounded, and with a renewed sense of balance and perspective.

The guide is shamanically trained in deep breathwork and journeying and is an intuition and divination specialist with 10 years of experience.
