We will meet directly in the tasting room to start with the history of our family-owned, certified organic, independent winery, as well as information about the Champagne region. After that, we will take you on a tour of our winemaking facilities—press, vat room, aging cellar, and more—while explaining each stage of the Champagne production process. We will conclude with a tasting of 2 rosé champagnes, during which you will learn about the various techniques used to produce rosé champagne!
