Taste your way through a curated selection including the house blend (Masters Award Winner - World Whisky Masters, 2023) and the latest limited edition blend. Try the new make spirit (Baby Weasel) and the young single malt, gaining insight into the unique processes and ingredients used.

Step inside the working distillery to learn how the spirit is created using local barley, wild yeast, and pure Peak District water. Take a moment to appreciate the beauty of the UK's highest whisky still.

The experience culminates in the historic maturation cellars, cool, dark, and earthy, where the casks quietly shape each drop of Forest Whisky. Down here, sample the exceptional 5-year-old single malt, an extremely rare and limited release that captures the essence of the landscape and craftsmanship.
