Know Before You Go: Gondola rides are subject to favorable weather conditions. In the event of pouring rain, storms, or lightning, we cannot depart and will try to reschedule the trip on the same day if possible.
Know Before You Go: After heavy rainfall the day before, the water level is regulated via the lock in the Old Harbor in Stade. This can lead to currents of 7 km/h. Passage through the narrow points of the bridges is then not possible. After about 3 hours, the lock is closed again (if the Elbe is flooded again) and the current quickly reduces.
Know Before You Go: You will receive a guaranteed full refund if we are unable to depart due to the weather (thunderstorm, storm with a wind force of 7 Bft or higher, very heavy continuous rain, very strong current over 5 m/h) and we are unable to find another date together.
