Know Before You Go: Entering and leaving the ship: The ship's gangway is wide enough to push a person in a wheelchair across. If necessary, the guest must be able to negotiate 13 steps. Depending on the tide level and the height of the quay edge in the ports, we board via the main deck or the upper deck. Therefore, guests may board via the main deck and will have to disembark via the upper deck, climbing 13 steps to do so.
Know Before You Go: Moving around the ship: A small threshold must be crossed to enter the interior. Stairs must be negotiated between the various decks.
