Continue to Vidraru Dam, the largest dam in Romania. Learn about its construction, which began in 1960 and was completed in 1966. Finally, drive along the Transfagarasan, considered the most beautiful mountain route in the world by the three adventurers from the British Top Gear Show. Built by Ceaușescu with the goal of connecting the sub-Carpathian region to the intramontane one, this road offers breathtaking views of the Făgăraș Mountains.
