When you arrive at this location, please look for the red boat. If you need assistance locating the boat, please approach any of the red‑coloured ticketing kiosks or booths along the promenade. Please do not request assistance from other boat operators, as they might mislead you. If you need help locating your boat, you can also contact us directly through the KKday app
