FunNow guarantees no queue and will reserve the booking time period for your purchase. If the merchant is unable to provide services within 15 minutes, please contact customer service immediately.

If you are not able to arrive on time, please contact customer service as soon as you can for other possible arrangements. Merchant reserves the right to provide or refuse services if you are late.

Any additional purchases made on site must be settled directly with the merchant.
