Manuel Antonio: Waterfall Tour, Natural Slide, Beach & Lunch｜Costa Rica

Your adventure begins with a morning pickup from your hotel or villa. Relax in our air conditioned van as we head south along the coastline in the direction of the Osa Peninsula. Along the way, your expert local guide will share insights about the wildlife, plant life, and the history of the region.

We visit three stunning and unique waterfalls, each accessible via a short, easy walk of just 5 to 7 minutes from the vehicle. This tour is designed for every comfort level, from adrenaline junkies to those who simply want to relax in nature. At the waterfalls, you can feel the thrill of sliding down a 20-foot natural rock water slide into a refreshing river pool. For the adventurous, there are natural platforms offering cliff jumps ranging from 6 ft, 12 ft, and up to 30 ft. If you are not a jumper, there is no pressure. All high adrenaline activities are 100% optional. You are welcome to simply swim, float, and enjoy the pristine jungle pools at your own pace.

After working up an appetite at the falls, we stop for a cultural culinary experience. We visit a local organic farm for a delicious, authentic Costa Rican lunch. Enjoy fresh ingredients sourced directly from the land, along with tropical fruit snacks and water provided throughout the day.

To finish the adventure, we head to the coast to explore one of the region's most unique beaches. This stunning spot features a volcanic cave system that tunnels from the beach out to the ocean. At low tide, you can walk inside the caves for an unforgettable view of the Pacific before we begin the relaxing return drive to Manuel Antonio.
