Experience picturesque views of palm plantations, little villages, creeks and tropical vegetation on your drive to the rafting site. Your guide will gladly let you know everything about the things you observe on the way. Occasional stops will be made for bathroom breaks as well as to take photographs.
Arrive on site, receive safety instructions and a chance to practice prior to getting into the river. The rafts are built for 6 passengers, and safety guides will travel along with you in kayaks in case you need any assistance. The Savegre River can easily get to class III, and many turns will make it an exciting trip. Tame the rapids for approximately 2.5 hours and take some occasional stops to relax and appreciate some of the stunning flora and fauna along the way. Towards the end of the tour, the river waters become calm and easy, making it possible to take a closer look at the birds and at the vibrant vegetation. Finally return to the starting point in about 30 minutes, where you can change clothes and enjoy a delightful homemade meal. After this, you will be taken back to your hotel.
