We'll enjoy an exciting and entertaining experience, designed for all ages who want to make the most of it. It's not every day that we have the opportunity to travel in a 4x4 vehicle and explore the trails and southern landscapes of the sub-Antarctic forest, made up of lenga, ñire, and coihue trees, in a unique way. We will be picked up from our accommodation in the morning and head north on the island, taking National Route No. 3, the only land route connecting Isla Grande de Tierra del Fuego to the continent, crossing valleys that in the winter season become the setting for snow activities. In the summer season, the forest is dressed in different shades of green. After crossing the Andes Range at the iconic Paso Garibaldi, we'll begin the 4x4 adventure. We'll travel along impressive roads of mud, water, fallen trees, and roots emerging from the ground until we reach the majestic coastline of Fagnano Lake, one of the five largest lakes in South America and a great freshwater reserve. After enjoying the special energy of this place and taking the best photos, we'll resume the journey to enter the forest on an exclusive hike that will take us to Lake Escondido. There, at our shelter, we'll enjoy a typical meal (meat) prepared by our tour guides and drivers, accompanied by unlimited drinks to share as a group. After lunch and some after-dinner conversation, we'll conclude this incredible adventure in the southernmost reaches, satisfied with a memorable day, and return to Ushuaia, where this wonderful experience began.
