Bolsón Gourmet: Patagonian Wine Pairing｜Argentina

Enjoy a unique experience that combines authentic flavors, mountain landscapes, and the warmth of local producers in the heart of the Andean Region.
We begin the tour by picking up passengers from hotels or meeting points in Bariloche starting at 8:30 AM, then set off on the journey to El Bolsón, surrounded by an incomparable natural setting.

First stop: Criadero de Truchas Río Negro Guided tour lasting approximately 40 minutes, where you will learn about the trout farming process and taste a delicious artisanal trout pâté, accompanied by the owners of the facility.

Second stop: Bodega Boutique Adamow (Lago Puelo)
You will be welcomed by Pedro and Carina, the owners of this family-run winery. You will tour the Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc vineyards and enjoy a paired lunch that includes: a platter of regional pickles, two artisanal empanadas, and a tasting of the winery's own wines.

Third Stop: Finca Fraschetti Winery (El Bolsón)
Guided tour of its vineyards and artisanal production. Tasting of signature wines accompanied by a platter of selected cold cuts and cheeses, all in a natural mountain setting.

Finally, we will begin our return journey to Bariloche, with an estimated time of arrival in the afternoon, around 6:00 PM.
