Upon arrival at the Estancia at 10:30 AM, you will be greeted by a majestic natural environment surrounded by ancient forests. At 11:00 AM, the day begins with an interactive empanada class, where you'll learn the secrets of making them while enjoying a humita empanada paired with Torrontés wine and a Creole meat empanada accompanied by a glass of Malbec.

At 12:00 PM, you'll take a guided historical tour of the impressive park designed by landscape architect Carlos Thays and the castle's architecture. You'll learn about the history of the property, its cultural heritage, and anecdotes about rural life in Argentina.

At 1:15 PM, the highlight of the day will arrive: a feast of charcoal-grilled Criollo asado with traditional cuts (flank steak, chorizo, pork and beef matambrito), charcoal-grilled vegetables, fresh salads, and fries.
