Supervised by certified and enthusiastic guides, you will board an inflatable raft for an unforgettable descent of Réunion’s rivers. Above all, rafting is a team adventure where coordination, trust, and team spirit combine with the power and beauty of nature. Whether you’re with family, friends, or as a couple, this is the perfect opportunity to share a memorable experience, combining thrills and laughter.
The activity is suitable for everyone, including young children, with routes tailored to skill level and preferences: gentle, fun descents for families or beginners, and more challenging sections for thrill seekers. At every bend, the river reveals breathtaking panoramas: waterfalls, lush forests, crystal-clear pools, and the volcanic landscapes that are characteristic of Réunion.
Before setting off, our instructors take the time to explain the safety instructions and navigation techniques to you. All the necessary equipment is provided (life jacket, helmet, paddle, wetsuit if needed), so you can enjoy the experience with complete peace of mind.

Please allow approximately 3 hours for the entire experience.
- Meet the team at the Rando Aqua Réunion rafting center on Îlet Coco (shaded and secure on-site parking)
- Welcome with tea or coffee
- Gear provided in the base's changing rooms, where there are also restrooms
- Shuttle transfer to Bethlehem (approximately 5 minutes)
- 5-minute approach walk
- Safety briefing
- Short guided tour of Bethlehem (access by swimming, 15–30 minutes depending on water releases)
- Launching of the boats
- Departure for approximately a 2-hour canoe/rafting descent on the Rivière des Marsouins, covering a 2.7-kilometer (1.7-mile) route with Class 3 rapids
- End of the route
- Stowing of equipment and removal of gear, with the option to take a shower at the base
- Aperitif break (punch and juice) while watching the video of the descent (allow €20 to purchase the video on a USB stick) to round off the activity
