Know Before You Go: - comfortable waterproof shoes, or any shoes that you don't mind getting wet.
Know Before You Go: - outdoors clothes, swimsuit, towels, extra clothes
Know Before You Go: - plastic bag for the wet clothes, bugspray
Know Before You Go: - hat or cap, sunblock

Know Before You Go: - your camera or cell phone for your memories fully charge
Know Before You Go: This tour requires a high medium physical condition, usually on this tour we walk on the rainforest to visit the waterfall where people can swim on the pond, however it requires high medium effort to do it on the rainforest, people with limited conditions on mobility is recommended to stay on the village while the other ones visit the waterfall.
Know Before You Go: If you feel you're not able to do the hiking in the rainforest please let me know and we can skip that part of the tour.
