After a scenic 50-minute van ride, find yourself at the beautiful shores of the Chagres River, ready to embark on an exciting journey. A canoe will be waiting to take you to a higher point for your kayaking adventure. As you glide along the river, the gentle stream will assist you. This experience is perfectly safe for people without kayaking experience or non swimmers.

Along the way, pause for a thrilling 20-minute hike through the lush rainforest, leading to a stunning, pristine waterfall. Imagine the refreshing sensation of swimming in this natural oasis. After your invigorating dip, make your way back to the Chagres River, walking through the mud, sand, and slippery rocks along the same enchanting trail.

Once back in the canoe, continue your journey down the river until you reach a warm and welcoming village of the Embera tribe. Here, be treated to a delightful traditional lunch and have the opportunity to change into dry clothes in the available bathrooms before exploring their beautiful handicrafts.
