Know Before You Go: Weather Dependency: The mountain weather on Bjelašnica changes rapidly. The tour operates rain or shine, but in cases of severe, unsafe weather conditions (like heavy fog or lightning storms), the tour may be rescheduled or canceled with a full refund.
Know Before You Go: Altitude Awareness: Lukomir is the highest settled village in Bosnia and Herzegovina (1,495 meters / 4,905 feet). Temperatures are significantly cooler here than in Sarajevo, often dropping 10°C (18°F) lower. Bring layers!
