We start the day at 09:00 from Hotel Hills. A hotel pick-up and drop-off is available and can be selected as an add-on for €20 per person (Payment on site)

Our first stop is the Tunnel of Hope, one of the most important places in Sarajevo. Built during the siege, this narrow underground tunnel was the city’s only connection to the outside world. Through it, people risked their lives daily to transport food, medicine, and supplies, keeping Sarajevo alive during its darkest time. This tour is led by a licensed local guide, born and raised in Sarajevo, who personally lived through the siege as a child. Ticket fee is not included in the price. (10.5€ Payment on site)

Our next stop is Stojčevac, a place where nature and history quietly meet. Stojčevac was a complex hidden in nature, built to host political elites and high-level meetings away from the public eye. Here, you’ll explore the remains of an old complex, walk through traces of wartime trenches, and discover a tunnel that was once planned as a potential atomic shelter. Surrounded by forest, you’ll also see a small natural lake, see water spring and enjoy a peaceful 1-hour walk through nature.

Coffee Break
Enjoy a relaxing break in nature with coffee and water included in the price. Optional snacks or lunch are available, but not included in the tour price. (You pay what you consume)

Our next stop is Vrelo Bosne, one of the most beautiful natural landmarks in Sarajevo and the source of the Bosna River. This protected park is famous for its crystal-clear springs, swans, small wooden bridges and waterfalls. We will enjoy a 1-hour walk through the park. Ticket fee is included in price.
For a more unique experience, you can choose a traditional horse carriage ride through the alley available as an optional activity for €15 per person (payment on site).

Lunch is optional and can be ordered directly from the menu. It is not included in the price. Guests pay only for what they consume.

Our next stop is the Roman Bridge, one of the oldest surviving structures in the Sarajevo area. This bridge stands as a unique connection between civilizations, linking the Roman past with Ottoman architecture.

Our next stop takes us even further back in time to the Roman excavations, the remains of an ancient Roman settlement once known as Aquae Sulphurae. This area was famous for its thermal sulfur springs, which the Romans used for healing, relaxation, and daily life. Here, you can still see the foundations of Roman buildings and feel the presence of a civilization that existed here nearly 2,000 years ago.

Visitors will have the opportunity to see the natural sulfur water.
