With Reichstag roof-terrace: Insider Parliament tour｜Germany

By popular request this tour includes now the roof-terrace and the dome of the Reichstagsbuilding if booked in time and access is official granted. When I was in my thirties and forties I was working for the Federal Construction Company Berlin. As a private organised but public owned corporation we built the new chancellery, the new office- and committee-houses of the German Parliament and we renewed the Reichstag, in total an investment of 1.8 Billion Euro in 7 years. I did run the office of the CEO and the CFO, so all strategic decisions passed over my desk. I will explain to you the urban planning, the architectural competitions and the construction stories. Last but not least I was responsible for all art projects in the buildings. No one knows these stories as well as me.
