Check-in Time: On the departure day, 20:00 – 21:50
After arriving at the check-in booth, please inform us of your booking platform (e.g., KKday) and the name of the person who made the reservation to receive your ticket.

After check-in, proceed to the pier according to staff instructions at the scheduled boarding time.
Boarding will be conducted sequentially under staff guidance.
