태풍, 눈보라 등의 악천후의 경우 출발 1일 전 (현지 시간 18:00)에 투어 출발 가능 여부가 결정되며 이메일을 통해 안내드립니다.

일정에 차질이 생기지 않도록 지정된 장소에 20분 전까지 도착해주시기 바랍니다. 지각 시 기다리지 않습니다.

This is a group tour, meaning you will be traveling in the same vehicle as other passengers. Vehicles will be assigned based on the number of participants. If the group is small, there will be no separate tour leader; instead, the driver will serve as the accompanying staff and provide service throughout the trip.

Some tours require only one person to form a group, but generally the minimum group size is 15 people. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum required number, the tour will be cancelled, and a cancellation email notification will be sent 4 days prior to departure.

Please arrive at the designated meeting point on time. If a passenger fails to arrive at the agreed meeting point on time, it will be considered as a voluntary abandonment of the trip, and no refund or compensation will be available. Please be aware of this.

If a traveler leaves the tour group or withdraws from the tour midway through the tour, they cannot request a refund of the tour fee.

The above itinerary is based on estimated arrival times. Traffic conditions are beyond our control, so please avoid scheduling any activities that evening. We apologize for any delays or other issues that may occur.

Depending on the road conditions on the day, the departure time and route for each tourist destination may be adjusted. Please understand that no refunds will be given for itinerary changes or attraction cancellations caused by force majeure factors such as traffic and weather.

Please fasten your seatbelt while the bus is in motion and do not move around. We regret that we cannot allow you to get on or off the bus midway. This tour cannot be joined midway.

This trip involves long-distance travel. Those whose physical condition fluctuates greatly (such as pregnant women) should assess their own health condition and consider participating carefully. If any sudden situation arises due to physical discomfort during the trip and medical treatment cannot be sought in time, you shall bear the risks yourself. Please be aware of this.

If weather conditions prevent us from visiting Shiraito Falls, we will instead visit Kumano Sumeru Shrine. Thank you for your understanding.

The timing of flower viewing or maple viewing may vary slightly depending on weather conditions. Once the tour is confirmed, the trip will proceed as scheduled regardless of the flowering/maple color situation. Please be aware of this.

If the trip is terminated due to force majeure such as weather conditions or natural disasters after departure, the unfulfilled part of the trip will be refunded based on the actual expenses incurred. However, additional expenses such as return transportation costs or local accommodation costs must be borne by the traveler.

Passengers under the age of 18 cannot participate alone and must be accompanied by a passenger aged 18 or above. If a passenger under the age of 18 registers alone, KKday reserves the right to cancel the passenger's order without refund. Thank you for your understanding.

Bus seats are subject to on-site allocation and cannot be specified. During the tour, you may be seated at the same table or in the same restaurant as other members of the tour group, depending on the tour leader's arrangements and facilities on the day.

Please inform us in advance if you have large luggage. Each passenger is limited to one 28-inch suitcase.

Infants under 3 years old who do not occupy a seat do not need to purchase a ticket, and one adult can bring one infant who does not occupy a seat.
