Our staff will contact you no later than one day before departure. Please ensure your internet connection is stable and check your mobile phone for messages. If we are unable to reach you, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.

No specific vehicle color or model can be specified; the vehicle will be dispatched based on the actual vehicle available on the day of the event.

If traffic congestion or restrictions occur at any attraction due to events or holidays, please discuss itinerary changes with the driver on-site. Additional overtime fees incurred due to traffic will be charged and will not be refunded.

Please board the bus at the designated location on time. If the number of participants on the day of departure is less than the number originally booked, or if the itinerary information does not match the actual situation and this was not communicated in advance, the driver has the right to refuse service and no refund will be issued.

The order of attractions on the itinerary can be slightly adjusted, as long as a consensus is reached with the driver on the day.

If you need to bring luggage on board, please provide the size and quantity in the order notes (suitcases must be 18 inches or larger).

공항 또는 고속철도역에서 출발하시는 경우 해당 운행편 도착 후 70분부터 투어 시간으로 계산합니다. 픽업 시간을 지정하신 경우 지정 시간으로부터 시간을 계산하며, 가오슝 공항 국제선 터미널 7번 출구에서 대기해 주시기 바랍니다. 쭤잉 고속철도역 승차 시 5번 출구에서 대기해 주세요. 만약 항공편이 앞당겨지거나 연착하거나 입국 심사가 늦어질 경우 당일 승차 시간은 변경할 수 없으며, 늦으실 경우 차량 이용 시간으로 포함됩니다. 15분 이상 늦으실 경우 현장에서 운전기사에게 주차비를 지불해 주시기 바랍니다. (공항 : NT$40/시간, 쭤잉 고속철도역 NT$50/시간)

차량 내 다음 행위는 금지되오니 주의해 주시기 바랍니다 : 흡연, 음식물 섭취, 자외선 차단제 바르기, 신발을 벗는 행위, 운전석을 발로 차는 행위, 창문 밖으로 침을 뱉거나 쓰레기를 버리는 행위 등. 만약 속이 불편하신 분은 운전기사에게 비닐백을 받으실 수 있습니다. 주의 사항을 꼭 지켜주시고 만약 차량 내 물품이 파손될 경우 현장에서 그 가격만큼 배상해 주셔야 합니다.

차량 청결 유지 및 다른 여행자의 차량 이용 권익을 위해 애완동물 동반 탑승은 불가능한 점 참고 부탁드립니다.

If picking up from Kaohsiung International Airport, the pick-up time will be calculated starting 70 minutes after the flight's landing time. You will be waiting at Exit 7 of the International Terminal. If the flight is early/delayed or customs clearance is delayed, the pick-up time cannot be changed on the same day. The delay time will be counted in the car rental time, and a parking fee of NT$40/hour will be charged at the airport.

If you are boarding at Zuoying High Speed ​​Rail Station, please wait at Exit 5 of the station at the designated time. If the boarding time cannot be changed on the same day due to the train being earlier/delayed or customs delays, the delay time will be counted in the time of your ride and you will be required to pay a parking fee of NT$50 per hour at the airport.
