본 투어의 최소 출발 인원은 4 명이며, 최소 출발 인원 미달 시 출발 4 일 전에 이메일을 통해 투어 취소를 안내드립니다.

태풍, 눈보라 등의 악천후의 경우 출발 1일 전 (현지 시간 18:00)에 투어 출발 가능 여부가 결정되며 이메일을 통해 안내드립니다.

일정에 차질이 생기지 않도록 지정된 장소에 15분 전까지 도착해주시기 바랍니다. 지각 시 기다리지 않습니다.

We will contact you between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM the day before departure using the contact information you provided. If you do not receive a message, please check your email. Emails may sometimes be mistakenly placed in your spam folder. During peak tourist season, there may be slight delays in email delivery. If you receive multiple emails, please refer to the latest one. If you have not received your travel information, please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the scheduled meeting time on the day of departure and look for the JRT guide flag for assistance. Please be sure to arrive at the designated meeting point at the specified time. Do not be late. As this tour cannot be changed to other trips or joined midway, if you are unable to participate in the day tour due to your own reasons, you will be responsible for the corresponding losses. Thank you for your understanding.

Please arrive at the meeting point on time. Latecomers will not be waited for, and you cannot join the group midway. We recommend wearing light clothing and shoes. Please bring warm clothing for winter or mountain trips.

This is a group tour, and seating is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note any special requests you may have, and we will do our best to arrange them, but the final arrangements will be subject to the actual situation on-site.

Vehicle type will be arranged according to the number of people; specific vehicle type cannot be specified. The driver will also act as the tour leader upon departure; no explanations will be provided at the attractions visited, and the explanations will be brief. Please be aware of this.

If you need to bring luggage, please inform us in advance. If you bring luggage without authorization, the tour guide has the right to refuse boarding and no refund will be given. Eating and drinking are prohibited on the bus; any damage will be charged according to local standards.

No refunds will be given for late arrivals, changes to the meeting point, or leaving the group midway due to personal reasons. Any unforeseen circumstances or additional costs incurred after leaving the group will be your sole responsibility.

If cable cars, boats, snowmobiles, or other facilities are suspended for maintenance due to weather or force majeure, alternative attractions will be visited or the duration of the stay will be adjusted.

If you are unable to join the tour or the scenery is not good due to force majeure factors such as traffic or weather, our company will not be responsible and will not be able to provide a refund or reschedule. Thank you for your understanding.

The itinerary does not include personal travel insurance and personal accident insurance. Please purchase these separately if needed. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports involve specific risks and dangers; please assess your own health and abilities. Our company assumes no responsibility for any personal injury or damage caused by accidents or unforeseen circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.

The itinerary is for reference only. Actual transportation, stopover, and sightseeing times may be adjusted due to weather, traffic jams, facility maintenance, etc. The tour guide may reasonably change or remove attractions based on actual circumstances.

If the trip is terminated due to force majeure such as weather conditions or natural disasters after departure, the unfulfilled part of the trip will be refunded based on the actual expenses incurred. However, any additional expenses such as return transportation costs or local accommodation costs will be borne by the traveler.

During peak travel times in Japan, such as on Sundays and weekends, severe traffic jams and early closures of tourist attractions are common. It is recommended to avoid booking flights, Shinkansen (bullet trains), or dinners for the same evening, and to bring your own light meals and a power bank.

During the snow season in Hokkaido, it is recommended to bring sunglasses.
