Convenient channel to book a local tour at a reasonable price, but turns out just fine. Good 1. Convenient booking system 2. Reasonably priced Room for improvement 1. The schedule was swapped without prior notice, swapping mountain climbing at Mua cave up at "noon" instead of the evening. (imagine climbing steep 500 steps up the mountain under 40+ degrees Celcius) 2. The seating on the bus is not that comfortable -- a/c couldn't fight the heat, small leg room, and since it's a small bus that's seated to its full capacity, it feels super packed. One of the couple is seated separately because the other couple prefer a more comfortable seat--no doubt why they're upset. 3. The tour guide didn't do such a great job with the arrangement/service.
