螢火蟲洞和哈比村非看不可！鐘乳石洞鬼斧神工，洞穴中的螢火蟲讓人從心底發出驚嘆。而哈比村像是人間仙境，即便不是摩戒或哈比人電影的粉絲，都值得一看。

Despite the bad rainy and gloomy weather, our guide Kevin tried his best to make the journey as smooth as possible for us. 3 of our family members missed the original flight and could not make it to the hotel as scheduled. Kevin offered to pick us up at the hotel and then at the airport without extra charge. He was considerate throughout the journey. He acknowledged that we have an elderly and a child in the group. He made sure the parking spot was as close as possible. He was courteous and opened the door for us every time. His instructions were clear and ensured us adhering to the schedule. After full day of driving, he ended our tour with a big smile. Not to mention that U-turn he made in the busy street under heavy rain just to drop us right in front of the hotel. It was truly thoughtful! We are grateful to have Kevin as our tour guide. We will recommend him to anyone!

從奧克蘭出發駕駛人員就會開始講解紐西蘭歷史，從人口人種到火山地形和海邊海豚等等，抵達Hobbiton後就排隊上綠色巴士，車上會播放魔戒場景，下車後嚮導會跟大家說明遊覽事項和場景故事，最後參觀兩個哈比人的家很可愛，之後就到綠龍餐廳喝啤酒，接下來就是午餐，雖然是自助式但可以吃飽，還有甜點飲料，不過午餐時間稍微緊湊一點，同桌有人還沒吃完，就要離開了，遊覽車會到餐廳附近接駁，要到Rotorua的人會回到下面的接待處換車，行李都會幫忙換到車上，很充實的一天。
