Got there late because of change of plans and traffic jam. Therefore, we couldn’t redeem the ticket after office hour and we had to buy the ticket again. Would recommend buying the ticket in the official ticket in live or somewhere else which is more flexible ,instead of buying here causing paying double for my entire family which only had one ticket office in tokyo and can only be redeemed on the day you leave and within office hours before 19:00 which is actually sucks.
