Unwind with a 1-hour puppy yoga session in Adelaide that combines light movement, calm breathing, and joyful time with playful puppies. This experience is designed to bring together the relaxing benefits of yoga and the uplifting energy of animal interaction, with 30 minutes of guided yoga followed by 30 minutes to play, cuddle, and connect with the puppies.
Begin your session with a gentle yoga class focused on relaxation and mindful movement. As you move through the practice, you will share the space with puppies, creating a lighthearted and calming atmosphere. The session is suitable for anyone looking for a soothing experience with a playful twist. The presence of the puppies adds a warm, lively element to the class while keeping the focus on simple movement and breath.
After the yoga portion, enjoy 30 minutes dedicated to puppy playtime and cuddles. Spend time interacting with the puppies, taking in their curious, playful energy, and enjoying a cheerful environment filled with soft paws, wagging tails, and plenty of affectionate moments. The experience also supports puppy socialisation by helping them interact with people in a calm and positive setting.
The experience finishes at the venue after the puppy playtime and cuddle session.
