MENU 1. Authentic Mexican Salsas, We will prepare 2 authentic Mexican Salsas and will enjoy with delicious white and blue-corn chips the perfect pairing with The Mexican wine. 2. Ancestral Mexican Rice, Mexican traditional white rice prepared with corn, carrots and zucchini among other local ingredients. 3. Mole served over Enmoladas, The main dish is "Enmoladas" stuffed with potatoes and covered with the amazing Mexican Mole sauce. This is a traditional, nutritious and amazing dish bursting with flavor.
