Step into the world of winemaking with an immersive, hands-on workshop at a winery in Portugal's Tejo region. This experience goes far beyond a traditional wine tasting, putting you directly in charge of crafting your own custom bottle of wine alongside a professional oenologist with over 25 years of experience.

Your journey begins with an introduction where you will learn about the rich terroir of the Tejo region, local soil profiles, and the science behind wine production. Next, sit down at your blending station for a guided technical tasting of four iconic regional grape varieties (including Touriga Nacional, Alicante Bouschet and Castelão). You will analyze each variety's distinct profile, evaluating color, aroma, body, acidity, and tannin structure.

You will enter the blending laboratory phase. Guided by expert technical advice, you will test different proportions, refine balance, and run trial blends until you discover the exact combination that suits your palate.

Once your custom blend is perfected, you will fill your bottle, creating a truly one-of-a-kind souvenir.

We conclude the session by enjoying a local bread and cheese platter together while discussing your blend. You leave with a fully finished, personalized 750ml bottle of wine crafted, bottled, a wine truly signed by you.
