Begin your journey at the open amphitheater of Spetses, which is sourounded by the beuatiful forest. There you'll learn about the aromatin and therapeutic herbs and flowers of the island and you will create your own personal essential bio oil to take home as a memory of this experience.

After the workshop, you will start your walk through the forest, discover and gather if you wish, local aromatic and therapeutic plants through a direct connection with nature.

The walk will reach to the highest point of the island where you will enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view. After a short break with refresment and lignt snacks, you will conclude your experience with a guided meditation, a moment of calm, grounding, and inner balance.
