Day 1: Ancient Athens & Cape Sounion
Begin your journey at the Acropolis Hill. Let your family-friendly guide use myths, interactive games, and quizzes to bring the Parthenon to life for all ages. After taking in the views, head to the modern Acropolis Museum, where kids can discover that ancient statues were once vibrantly colored through engaging scavenger hunts.
In the afternoon, a professional driver takes you along the Athenian Riviera to the Temple of Poseidon at Cape Sounion. Visit the temple of Percy’s father, the God of the Sea. See the "Sacred Triangle" of temples and enjoy a flexible schedule with options for swimming or visiting the Stavros Niarchos Cultural Center.
Watch a world-famous sunset over the Aegean before returning to Athens.
Day 2: The Oracle at Delphi
Travel 2.5 hours from Athens to the "navel of the world," the UNESCO-listed Oracle at Delphi. Set against a stunning mountain backdrop, this site is a must for fans of Rick Riordan’s books.
Your guide will explain how ancient leaders traveled hundreds of miles to hear the Oracle’s prophecies before wars or major political shifts. Explore the stadium, temples, and the Delphi Museum. The tour balances historical facts with the magical atmosphere that makes Delphi feel alive today.
Day 3: Epidaurus & Nafplio
Head to the Peloponnese region, stopping first at the massive Corinth Canal for photos. Your destination is Epidaurus, a sanctuary of healing and home to a world-famous ancient theater.
Test the theater’s perfect acoustics - you can hear a whisper from the stage even in the highest seats. Learn about Asklepios (the God of Healing from The Blood of Olympus) through storytelling and interactive play.
Finish the day in Nafplio, or Athens, or take your flights/ferry to the next destination.
