Laurence will tell you about the specifics of the complex work of the vineyard, amplified by organic and biodynamic practices, in a desire to create atypical wines with character.
After a visit to the cellar, where you will be shown the vinification process, particularly the aging in amphorae, you can taste up to 4 wines from the estate's range: Beaujolais whites and reds, St Amour, Morgon, Moulin-à-Vent, and Bourgogne Blanc.
