Begin your day at the Béziers Tourist Office and set off in a comfortable van toward the Picpoul de Pinet vineyards. Visit a local winery to taste this emblematic fresh and fruity white wine, the perfect match for seafood.

Next, head to the shores of the Thau lagoon, renowned for its exceptional oysters. At a traditional oyster farm, learn about the farming process and enjoy fresh oysters paired with a glass of white wine while admiring the beautiful views of the lagoon, the oyster park, and the city of Sète.
