Presentation of the estate's history and terroir, followed by a description of the vineyard management methods, all while walking among the vine rows. The tour continues in the vat room and the aging cellar, where you will learn about the estate's winemaking process and its work philosophy, which is based on respect for the terroir. Finally, to round off the tour, there will be a tasting of four wines, the Dame de Couhins cuvées and the Château Couhins cuvées:
- The Dame de Couhins and Château Couhins white wines stand out for their delicate bouquet of spring flowers, as well as their fullness, liveliness, and lingering finish, to which the Sauvignon grape variety contributes significantly.
- The Dame de Couhins and Château Couhins reds are produced on a stony hilltop, typical of the appellation. With supple tannins, refined aromas of cedar and raspberry, exceptional finesse on the nose and on the palate, and a harmonious aromatic complexity, these wines perfectly embody the elegance of the great Graves wines.
