Discover Château Grangey, a family estate since 1953.
In the heart of our vineyard, we invite you to explore our profession, our daily life, and the deep bond we have with the land. During the tour, we will tell you the history of the estate, share our approach, and explain how each step, from the work in the vineyard to the cellar, contributes to the production of our wines.
In the cellar, you will have the opportunity to discover the different types of containers we use for aging: amphorae, foudres, stainless steel vats, barrels... Each choice is carefully considered and adapted to each wine, respecting the vintage.
The visit concludes with a commented tasting of four cuvées from these various aging methods. A simple way to show the impact of each method on the wine and to taste what we seek to express, without artifice.
