This is a recommended fixed route. Custom itinerary adjustments are available if you contact us in advance. All attraction entrance tickets are to be purchased by guests on their own. Recommended Route: Emerald Bay → Sugar Pine Point → East Shore Trail → Sand Harbor → Cave Rock
1. Emerald Bay An iconic scenic bay of Lake Tahoe, well-known for turquoise glacial water and breathtaking panoramic lake and mountain views. Visiting duration: 40–60 minutes 2. Sugar Pine Point A quiet lakeside park with dense pine forests and open shorelines, offering fantastic photo spots overlooking Lake Tahoe. Visiting duration: 30–40 minutes 3. East Shore Trail A picturesque lakeside trail with crystal clear water views and native plants, perfect for casual walks and sightseeing. Visiting duration: 30–40 minutes 4. Sand Harbor One of Lake Tahoe’s most popular destinations, famous for sandy beaches, transparent water and stunning mountain-lake scenery. Visiting duration: 60–90 minutes 5. Cave Rock A striking natural lakeside rock formation, providing unique rock landscape and wide-angle lake photo opportunities. Visiting duration: 30–45 minutes
Seasonal Notes: In winter, you can enjoy skiing at world-class resorts including Heavenly Mountain Resort, Kirkwood Resort and Tahoe Mountain Resort. Stateline offers family-friendly activities such as snowmobiling, tubing and sleigh rides. Heavenly Gondola delivers unobstructed lake views. In autumn, many birds inhabit this area; red salmon migrate in October. Please watch out for wild bears during this season.
