商品説明
Visit the Louisville Slugger Museum & Factory for an experience that combines baseball history, bat making, and the stories of the sport’s most celebrated players in one place. Browse museum galleries filled with historic artifacts, one of a kind displays, and tributes to some of baseball’s most iconic players. From items connected to Babe Ruth to lifelike sculptures and changing exhibits, the museum offers plenty to explore before or after your factory visit.
Continue your visit with the Louisville Slugger factory tour, where the story of each bat begins. The experience starts with an introductory film that takes you to the forests and mills where Louisville Slugger bats first begin their journey. From there, join a guided tour through the factory and see bats being made firsthand. Tours depart every 10 to 30 minutes depending on the season, last about 30 minutes, and guests see bat production on every tour, every day.
Make time to enjoy the full experience at a relaxed pace, as most visits take around 2 hours in total. Be sure to step into the Bat Vault, home to more than 3,000 original bat models made for many of the game’s greatest players. Some of the oldest documented bats in the collection are over 100 years old, making this a memorable stop for baseball fans and curious visitors alike. At the end of the factory tour, each guest receives a miniature souvenir bat, and your visit finishes with time to continue exploring the museum or stop by the store for personalized bat purchases.
