Begin with a walk through the vineyards, where you’ll learn about the work done in the vineyard and see the bush-trained vines cultivated without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers.

Visit the ancient Palmento from the 1700s and the barrel room where the wine is aged with the classical music of Mozart.

Then, enjoy a guided tasting led by a sommelier. Sample 5 wines paired with a typical Sicilian lunch, including an appetizer, first course, second course, and dessert.

All dishes are prepared by the winery’s chef, using only raw materials grown in the estate’s garden.
