Come and discover the heart of Salento with a guided tour of the Melillo Farm. Start your experience with a walk through the vineyards, where you can learn the secrets of vine cultivation and the local wine tradition. Continue to the cellar, where we'll show you both the machinery used and all the processing steps that turn grapes into wine.
At the end of the visit, relax in the refreshment area for a guided tasting: you'll taste 3 glasses selected from our labels, combined with a delicious trio of Salento aperitifs prepared with local zero-KM products. Guests under 18 can enjoy a soft drink.
