商品説明
In our dialect, Le Rive are the vineyards on the famous "heroic" hills, where the slopes can be decidedly steep and sometimes vertical. The uneven and steep orography of these hills creates diverse conditions in the subsoil and especially in the microclimate. The characteristics of the Glera grape are highly influenced by these differences, yielding uniquely different results in each location.
We will take a walk in the place where one of our most iconic wines is born, the Vigneto Giardino, on the Rive di Colbertaldo. This is the vineyard, in fact, where our history and our philosophy of producing those wines that we like to call "made in the vineyard" began. This walk is not only an opportunity to admire a UNESCO World Heritage Site landscape, but also to let you experience firsthand the effort required to cultivate these steep slopes, which are as beautiful to admire as they are challenging to work. We will walk uphill, most likely under the sun, just as the winemakers of Valdobbiadene do every day to produce such extraordinary wines. We will conclude the tour in our panoramic tasting room overlooking the vineyards, where you will taste 5 different expressions of Prosecco Adami, each explained in detail.
Would you like an even more special experience? Enhance the food tasting with a generous selection of cheeses, cold cuts, and other delicacies, the perfect pairing for our wines.
