Begin your experience at the Cooperativa Sant'Antonio, where you will be welcomed into a refined and inviting environment overlooking the majestic peaks of the Resegone.
Enjoy a guided journey through a curated selection of four raw milk cheeses, each representing the valley's rich cheese-making tradition. Taste the iconic Taleggio DOP, produced by the cooperative for over 35 years, and the rare Strachitunt DOP, a local pride.
Savor two additional traditional cheeses that showcase the richness and biodiversity of the alpine pastures. Each cheese is paired with local delicacies, including artisan breadsticks, zero-kilometer compotes, selected dried fruits, two slices of typical Bergamo salami, a glass of fine wine from a historic 18th-century vineyard, a herbal tea with linden flowers from the area, and mineral water from the unspoiled source of the Alta Valle Brembana.
After your tasting, join an expert guide for a visit to the barn, where you'll discover the daily rhythm and care given to the Bruna breed, known for the exceptional quality of its milk. Learn about the cooperative's approach to animal welfare and space management, designed to ensure the animals, comfort, health, and well-being.
