A journey into the world of organic wine with a guided food tasting to learn more about the peculiarities of Abruzzo wines and to explore the secrets of wine-food pairing.

The tour begins with a visit to the wineries and vineyards, then you sit down at the table for a food tasting of a selection of wines paired with local dishes and specialties.

Lunch includes three courses of local cuisine and a typical dessert. The meal is paired with three glasses of the current vintages of "La canaglia" Pecorino d'Abruzzo Superiore, "Fossimatto" Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo Superiore, and "Cocca di Casa" Montepulciano d'Abruzzo.
