商品説明
Have full access to the Adami world: let us personally guide you through every step in the creation of our wines, while sharing the history and philosophy behind our family winery.
We’ll begin with an introduction to the Prosecco territory and its different production areas. The tour continues with a walk through the historic Vigneto Giardino, nestled among the Rive (hills) of Colbertaldo. This walk is not only a chance to admire a UNESCO World Heritage landscape, but also to give you firsthand experience of the effort involved in cultivating these steep slopes, which are as beautiful to admire as they are challenging to work. We will walk uphill, most likely under the sun, just as the vine-growers of Valdobbiadene do every day to produce such remarkable wines. We’ll then visit the winemaking cellar to uncover the secrets behind the production of our Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG. We'll conclude the tour in our panoramic tasting room overlooking the vineyards, where you’ll taste 7 different expressions of Adami Prosecco, each explained in detail.
Want an even more special experience? Enhance your tasting with a generous selection of cheeses, cold cuts, and "cicchetti", the perfect match for our wines.
