Explore the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Prosecco Hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene through a guided visit to the Rivaluce Winery. From the cellar to the glass, discover the production philosophy and history of this place, followed by a guided tasting of Rivaluce sparkling wines on the panoramic terrace, a space suspended between the hills and the sky, or inside our designer wine shop. The spaces have been conceived and designed not only to be functional for the production of this renowned sparkling wine, but also to give visitors the opportunity to fully enjoy a breathtaking panorama with a glass of Rivaluce.
During the food tasting of the different glasses of Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG, seafood specialties from our trusted fish farm on the River Sile will be served as an accompaniment. The fish offerings are varied and range from char sashimi to creamed cod to rainbow trout, products that go perfectly with the fresh and elegant bubbles of Rivaluce, bringing out the best in each one.
