Guided tasting of 6 Piedmontese appellations, including both international and native grape varieties; we will tell you about our quintessential Metodo Classico wine, Alta Langa, produced from Chardonnay or Pinot Noir grapes, and then move on to a white wine such as Arneis. After the first two tastings, we will focus on Piedmont reds, featuring the three most important grape varieties: Dolcetto, Barbera, and Nebbiolo, both in their younger form and in their more mature expression, namely Barolo, for a total of 6 tastings. - Alta Langa DOCG - Arneis - Barbera - Dolcetto - Nebbiolo - Barolo
