At Nonna Cleme, just 14 lucky guests get to share a cozy table, ready to take you on a journey through the real flavors of Southern and Northern Italy.
The experience kicks off with a Mediterranean appetizer: rustic friselle topped with ripe cherry tomatoes, oregano, and extra virgin olive oil, paired with the famous Tropea onions cooked the traditional Calabrian way. It's a fun time, to enjoy with your hands like you're part of the family.
The journey continues with a tasting of four historic Italian pizzas, served in bite-size pieces and shared as little gems of flavor. Each course comes with three glasses of organic Italian wines from small wineries: a fresh white to start, a young red to go with the pizza, and a deep red for stronger flavors.
The evening wraps up with a sweet treat from Nonna, just like on a real Italian Sunday, served with a glass of sweet wine or a bitter digestif. A final toast amidst aromas, stories, and smiles, for an experience that brings together family, authenticity, and conviviality in the heart of Turin.
