Tasting fine productions of local, or from the rest of the country, olive oils immersed in the green hills of the Amalfi Coast it's really a unique experience! This will be based on a fine selection of olive oils that have proved to be of the highest quality as result of the most natural way of production. All the guests will be given the chance to compare different olive oils from different regions and they will acquire a taste of what is the most palatable oil for their own personal taste!!!. The whole experience will be provided within a "stay-at-home" style of evening after a long a day out, led by who can provide tips and information over the olive oil culture which, associated to the wine one, is the most traditional part of the Mediterranean culture. The olive oil culture goes back to the ancient Roman Empire and even further back to other cultures so this genuine experience can really be full of history, tradition and enveloping taste of things long forgotten but not lost. The evening will be spent deeply immersed in the local stillness and warm friendship of the host's team.
