Your journey through taste begins with a presentation of the SassodiSole estate. Accompanied by experts, you will visit the wine-making cellar, where you will discover the fermentation techniques and the steel aging processes that preserve the freshness of our Sangiovese.
Next, you'll move on to the beating heart of the winery: the barrel cellar. Here you will learn the specifics of ageing in large oak barrels, a fundamental step in the creation of great Tuscan reds.
The highlight of the tour is the guided tasting in our cozy room. You'll have the privilege of tasting: our lively Spumante Rosato; the elegance of our Orcia Sangiovese DOC and/or Rosso di Montalcino DOC; the power and structure of the famous Brunello di Montalcino DOCG.
The wines will be accompanied, depending on the option selected, by fragrant bruschetta seasoned with our Extra Virgin Olive Oil, or by a platter of cured meats, Tuscan cheeses, and bruschetta. Pairings that celebrate the authentic flavors of our land.
